Corporate team building events in Andover, Hampshire. We have a “work hard, play hard” ethos at Ironsight Activities and believe that strong teams thrive best when they’re appreciated and rewarded. An action-packed event can improve communication between teams, build employee relationships, and enhance staff morale and well-being.
Activities: Choose from our range of adrenaline-fuelled games suitable for all ages and all abilities; Paintball, Splatmaster, Laser Tag and Airsoft. Why not mix and match the activities to create a tournament between different departments or offices, or a competition between bosses and staff? We can design your event to be anything from a couple of hours to a half or full day of fun activities to suit everyone.
Availability/Timings: We can run corporate events any day of the week, subject to availability, and offer a choice of time slots via our online booking system. Alternatively, we can tailor-make the day to suit your numbers, timings, budget and players’ abilities.
Group sizes: We can accommodate groups as small as 8 up to as many as 40 (depending on the activity).
What’s included in my booking? We supply all the equipment, guns and ammunition used throughout your activity. For Splatmaster and Paintball our all-in-one camo overalls will protect players from the paint. We have optional extras that you can add to your booking as follows:-

Smoke Grenades: add another dimension to your event with smoke grenades at £5 each.
Itinerary: On the day of your event, please arrive 5 minutes before your start time so that everyone is ready to be introduced to your host. You will then get kitted up with all the necessary equipment, have a demo of how the guns work, and then receive your safety briefing and an explanation of the games. Once you’ve decided on teams, the fun can start with your chosen activities!
Alcohol: We regret that we cannot allow alcohol on our site as we must ensure the safety of all our guests and staff.
